• The work for this project is design-build of eight residential townhouses.
•  The delivery method for this contract is the Design-Build method, 40% of the project was subcontracted to CBEs.
• The start and end dates for construction were June 2019 and May 2021, the project was delivered on time.
• The self-performed trades were demolition and framing.
•  The date and point during design DC General was engaged was in March 2018.
•  The initial substantial completion date for the contract was May 2021. The initial contract value was $6,750,000.00.
• The level of completion of design documents initial contract was based on is 100% construction documents.
• The actual substantial completion date for the contract was May 30, 2021. The final contract value was $7,100,000.00
